Section 11.1 of the Terms of Service governing Google Wave is replaced in its entirety by:

For that reason, you should carefully review whether you trust the creator of this extension.You agree that you are solely responsible for any compromise or loss of data that may result from using these third-party extensions."Google does not claim any ownership in any of the content, including any text, data, information, images, photographs, music, sound, video, or other material, that you upload, transmit or store in your Google Wave account. You retain copyright and any other rights you already hold to Content which you submit, post or display on or through the Service. By submitting, posting or displaying the Content, you give Google a worldwide, royalty-free and non-exclusive license to reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute any Content which you submit, post or display on or through the Service for the sole purpose of enabling Google to provide you with the Service in accordance with its Privacy Policy."
